Established in 2001, Mosaic offers one of the largest and most unique linen and fabric decor inventories available anywhere in the world. In working with clients for over 25 years, we aim to bring their visions to life, creating a memorable backdrop for celebrations. We provide an unparalleled experience for clients who choose to partner with Mosaic for their event needs. We pride ourselves on not only the quality of our product but our service to the hospitality community over decades.

Our easy-to-use website allows clients to browse our inventory, filter products, view inspirational event galleries, create a wish-list, and submit a request for swatches. For clients not able to come to our showroom in Pittsburgh, we interface via email, phone, or virtual video appointments. As the design process continues, we can provide sample orders for clients so they can view their linens with florals, flatware, and other tabletop décor.

For our industry partners, our goal is to collaborate on design and support their needs. We curate yearly fabric collections that are unique to our industry. For those looking for never-seen-before fabrics, we can design and produce personalized custom products. Whether it be a new fabric or an embroidered napkin, Mosaic can source product and design décor components which will create authentic looks. Together with our “friendors,” it is our intention to make every event memorable and unique to their style of design.

Mosaic has unparalleled collections which are curated by our owner and talented sales team. With a collective 50+ years of event design experience, our team incorporates multiple design perspectives to source and offer unique products. Each fabric collection enables our clients to craft their own story. We offer everything from affordable solid tablecloths and textured tonals to printed florals and embroidered cloths. We also carry napkins, aisle runners, drape and lounge accessories such as pillows and lampshades. We stay current with global trends, offering whatever is hot, hot, hot in the market! We offer local delivery and set-ups in Pittsburgh, as well as nationwide shipping. We are the only linen rental company in Western PA that focuses 100% on linens and servicing our clients for all their linen needs. Many of our fabrics are not offered anywhere else in the USA, and our clients love having the opportunity to work with never-before-seen fabrics as they plan their events. Our working style and experience in the event industry make Mosaic unique, both in our city and across the country. What is your ideal client like?

We work with all types of clients! Whether they are planning intimate affairs, the wedding of their dreams, or grand scaled galas – we have them covered. We love to develop a personal relationship with each of our clients, listen to their wishes and help them make choices that create memories for a lifetime. We support their needs, bring ideas to the table and assist each client as they bring their vision to life. For us, we don’t have one type of ideal client. Instead, we welcome all types of clients with all types of budgets and all types of visions on what their event will look like!

How do you work with couples to bring their wedding dreams to life?

Our experienced design team is available to help clients as they pull together their concepts, advising them on fabrics, layouts, and flow for their events. We work with the florist, venue, and vendor teams when needed to coordinate all details, making the process seamless. Most of all, we are there to support our clients. If they need a referral, a source for a product that will help create memorable moments for their guests, or just a place to flush through ideas, our team is there for them.
