Party Scene Design offers event rentals and styling for weddings, showers, rehearsal dinners, and all the celebrations in between. What started as “just backdrops” quickly turned into a whole lot more…bars, carts, tablescapes, balloons, pergolas… honestly, if you can dream it up, there’s a very good chance we can create or build it.

We believe the right backdrops and functional pieces do more than just look pretty, they pull your guests together, set the tone for the entire event and create those “Wait, let’s take a photo here!” moments everyone remembers long after the party ends.

We are a 3-woman team that love to have a good time and we bring that energy to every client we work with. Check out our Instagram and you’ll see what we mean.

What makes your work unique?

Everything we create is crafted with an obsessive level of attention to detail (the kind couples always notice and appreciate). Most of our pieces are handmade by us right here in Pittsburgh, which means you’re not getting cookie-cutter décor; you’re getting something thoughtful, intentional, and truly yours.

You can select from our curated inventory or collaborate with us on something completely custom. And yes…we really do mean almost anything.

What is your ideal client like?

Our ideal couples care about the experience just as much as the photos. They want their guests to feel welcomed, inspired, and part of something special. They usually have a décor style they love (maybe a Pinterest board they’re proud of) but aren’t quite sure how to bring it all together (or simply don’t want to spend their free time DIY-ing it).

How do you work with couples to bring their wedding dreams to life?

We keep things easy, organized, and stress-free. Once you submit an inquiry, we’ll reach out to say hi and gather all the details we need. From there, we create a customized brochure with mood boards and pricing tailored specifically to your event.

You’ll make your selections and book through our simple online portal. A few weeks before the big day, we coordinate delivery, setup, and pickup, and work directly with your day-of contact so everything runs seamlessly.

We’re responsive, collaborative, and genuinely invested in making your special day feel just right so you can focus on celebrating while we handle the details.
