Seven Springs was the perfect venue for our winter wedding! Everyone we worked with was kind, helpful, and knowledgable. Nicole, the Wedding Sales Manager, helped make the decision easy, answering all our questions. Helaina, the Catering & Conference Services Manager, was our day of coordinator and I cannot stress how amazing she is at her job. She helped create a magical day!

Our guests loved having everything they could ever need - food, entertainment, lodging, parking - right on site! We wanted to have a "destination wedding" right at home and Seven Springs delivered this experience. Our guests staying at the hotel had the best customer service - two were even gifted two pillows because they told the staff they were the most comfortable pillows they ever slept on! Seven Springs was the perfect choice for our daughter and son-in-law, who wanted a destination wedding, but within reasonable proximity to our homes in Pittsburgh. The Meadowoods outdoor ceremony site and Winterberry reception venue are literally picture perfect. The resort offered true on-site "one-stop shopping", from a golf outing to start the weekend to a rehearsal dinner and welcome gathering, a dedicated room for hair and make-up, to the ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, and finally a private brunch. There was also efficient shuttle service to get everyone from one place to another throughout the entire weekend. Attention to detail and prompt, friendly customer service were critical factors to us in our vetting process, and Helaina and her staff delivered with flying colors.
