Tell us a little bit about your business.
I am a wedding photographer that has been in business since 2014! As Taylor Ollason Photography, I photograph weddings, families, maternities, boudoir and branding.
What makes your work unique?
I love pushing creative boundaries in my work. Over the last two years, my style has evolved into a more intentional, less traditional approach to wedding photography – blending classic, beautifully posed moments with candid energy and unexpected, funky compositions to create artwork throughout your wedding day.
What is your ideal client like?
Someone who is willing to get a little funky, outside of the box. I love putting furniture in the middle of the woods, or renting out a warehouse and putting disco balls everywhere for a less traditional session so that the whole experience is memorable.
What is your approach to photography?
I love to photograph every couple and their engagement session or wedding day like a work of art. Your images should be a blend of art for your walls and candid memories with your friends and family.
I enjoy blending a mix of posed photos with candid. I do lean on the warmer side for an edit, but as of recently, my work has leaned for a more true to life edit with hints of warmth to them.
