Tell us a little bit about your business.
Studio Fleuraison bloomed the moment I realized – belatedly – that I should’ve taken more art classes in school. Really! After a rewarding career as a language instructor and diplomat, I took an online flower arranging class on a whim and had an aha moment that changed everything. Floral design became my new language – one of color, texture, and form – and I threw myself into learning the art with the same passion I once brought to bridging cultural divides in diplomacy.
Nearly a decade later, I’m still completely enchanted by flowers. I now channel my communication skills into understanding each couple’s unique vision, and my artistic training into crafting florals that are both luxurious and meaningful – sculptural compositions that elevate the energy of your day.
Studio Fleuraison offers custom floral design for weddings and events of all kinds, from fully bespoke experiences to streamlined à la carte options that are just a few clicks away.
There’s a strong chance your wedding flowers will include something I foraged locally or sourced from a nearby farm – because I believe flowers should reflect a specific moment in time and place, just like people do.
When we collaborate, I won’t just mimic your inspiration photos – I’ll give you a few curated design paths that align with your vision, so you can choose the one that feels most you. From there, I’ll create florals that don’t just match your vibe – they amplify it, bringing artful luxury, emotional resonance, and more than a little bit of magic to your celebration.
What makes your work unique?
My work is distinctly art-forward and nature-inspired. Think color theory, thoughtful composition, and sculptural, asymmetrical designs that highlight the natural gestures of each stem. While I have a recognizable approach, that shows up in a wide range of styles – every event is different, and my portfolio reflects that range, while always remaining bold and intentional.
I also design without plastic floral foam (no microplastics here!). My mechanics are sustainable – and frankly, the flowers look better that way.
What is your ideal client like?
My ideal clients are seeking florals that make a statement – dramatic, artistic, and emotionally resonant. You might come to me with a clear floral vision, or you might just have a mood in mind. Either way, we’ll figure it out together.
You value creativity, trust the collaborative process, and want your florals to be more than just beautiful – you want them to mean something. If that sounds like you, we’re a great fit.
How do you work with couples to bring their wedding dreams to life?
Curious to see if we’re a match? Start by submitting an inquiry through my contact page or sending me an email.
We’ll schedule a discovery call early on so I can hear, in your own words, how you envision your day. I want to understand the mood you’re creating, the language you use to describe it, and how the florals will live in your space.
From there, I’ll review your inspiration images (or help you find some), and offer a proposal with a few tailored design directions and clear pricing. Once we align on a vision, we’ll sign a contract to lock in your date – and then I’ll get to work behind the scenes, sourcing materials and building the floral story we dreamed up together.
