Since 2008, Nicholas Mineo and his Sausalido staff have specialized in event and everyday custom catering with a focus on value, freshness, professional and friendly service, creativity, and attention to detail. Our catering team brings over 50 years of combined experience in weddings and private event catering with impressive resumes behind them. We will make your wedding a truly pleasurable and memorable experience! It is our job to make you look good. We strive for nothing less than complete client and guest satisfaction. What makes your work unique?
Food is a very important part of celebrations and Chef Nick grew up surrounded by food and family. Cooking is his passion and it shows. Sausalido style cooking uses fresh ingredients, local produce, value, and knowledge to create an elevated gourmet style comfort meal for your special day. Not only that but he will also be cooking all the food himself! Our food not only feeds the stomach – it feeds the soul.

How do you work with couples to bring their wedding food dreams to life?
We take the time to meet with each couple to talk about their vision for their special day – paying attention to special details like favorite foods, incorporating dishes from the families’ hometowns, and customizing menus for them. We offer a complimentary consultation and tasting where the client will have our restaurant space to themselves and we will go over the ins and outs of the process while they are eating our gourmet cuisine.
