Tell us a little bit about your business.
Lilac & Fawn is a wedding and event florist with a studio located in Bellevue, serving the greater Pittsburgh area. We source unique, high-end florals, foliages, and greenery to create designs that perfectly reflect our clients. Our work features distinctive focal flowers, expressive color palettes, lavish textures, modern shape, and interest from every angle.
A portion of our profits benefit animal shelters, rescues, and wildlife sanctuaries. We also work with North Hills Community Outreach to donate any extra flowers and leftover wedding centerpieces to local senior homes.
Please know that when we design for a wedding or event, it is our sole focus and we put all of our heart and soul into that event. We know your wedding is one of your most cherished days of your life and we take that very seriously. This isn’t just a job to us, but a deep passion.
What makes your work unique?
We see flowers as an artistic medium with the ability to portray who you are as a couple. When we create for your wedding, each and every design element is carefully curated with your story and personality in mind. We love working closely with clients to bring their visions to life. We’ll guide you through the immense floral possibilities and surprise you with varieties you’ve never seen before.
What is your ideal client like?
Our ideal client feels that florals should be a priority for their wedding. They have a general color palette and feel in-mind, but trusts their designer to bring the magic.
How do you work with couples to bring their wedding dreams to life?
We prefer to meet our couples for coffee (on us!) to better get to know them. However, Zoom or phone is perfectly okay if that’s preferred. Are you a modern and minimal couple or more romantic and timeless? Do you want your flowers to reflect your eclectic and bold style? Maybe you’re a bit bohemian or have a love of old world Dutch paintings… we’re here for it all! We love being inspired by your Pinterest boards and cultural heritage too!
