Legacy Films began as a husband and wife team (Chris and Emily) and has grown over the years to a remarkable team of video and tech professionals. All of our team members bring a lot of experience to the table, as we all have a lot of weddings under our belts. Leading up to wedding day, our planning team will be there to help and offer suggestions. Your day-of team will be stealthily capturing amazing footage and offering suggestions if you’re not sure what to do. Here at Legacy, we tend to “overdo” our job. Other vendors are constantly telling us we do “too much” so we can only assume that means we’re doing the most for our clients. (We’ll take it!) Our top priorities are meeting your expectations and providing authentic, quality content with your wedding day memories.
What makes your work unique?
To quote Macklemore, “I heard you die twice, once when they bury you in the grave and the second time is the last time that somebody mentions your name.”
There is nothing more important than authentically documenting your wedding day memories. Reliving the emotions of the day. Hearing a family member’s voice. Seeing an embrace from a loved one. These are all priceless gifts to your future self.
Let’s be real – you will take away very few tangible items from your wedding day. Of all the wedding day “things” you will invest in, let your Legacy video be one of them.
What is your ideal client like?
Legacy couples are authentic and want to leave their mark on this world. They know themselves, are confident in what they like, and aren’t afraid to know their limits or to ask for what they want. They incorporate details that are important and personally meaningful into their wedding days. They maybe have a cat.
What is your approach to videography?
Our approach to filming your wedding day mirrors our approach to life in general. Be authentic, listen, be hyper aware. You never know what small detail could be paramount to someone’s story. Meet people where they are in life and leave things better than you found them. Relating to others is our favorite.
Do you offer drone video coverage?
Of course. FAA licensed & insured. We’re rule followers, haha.
