What makes your work unique?
Wine and food-paired events are what began our company and are what we’re truly known for. Chef Kimberley Ashlee brings forth customized and thoughtful menus with an international and contemporary flair. Certified Sommelier Joshua Haugh brings over 20 years of wine and restaurant experience to the table. Together, they have produced countless wine-centric events and menus elevating weddings for the past decade. A synchronous experience between food and beverage is important to us. We always use our sommelier to thoughtfully pair wines with the menu. We believe in using quality wines and liquors for our weddings. And when it comes to signature cocktails, we will always create them using high-quality and fresh ingredients.
What is your ideal client like?
Our ideal client is a couple who believes that food and drink are an important component of their wedding. They’re the foodie couple who takes photos of their food at a restaurant and will share these photos on their feed.
How do you work with couples to bring their wedding dreams to life?
We have a number of menus to showcase our range, which we call “inspiration menus”. However, we believe that a menu should tell the unique story of each couple. Therefore, we take the time to learn about them and their story, their favorite foods, and how they enjoy food together.
