What makes your work unique?
At JPC, we have adapted our mobile kitchen equipment and cooking techniques to accommodate the most remote locations and the most challenging. You’ll find our “kitchen” each week in a garage, a farm field, the alleyway behind a beautiful ballroom, or alongside the river. We pride ourselves on haute cuisine, instead of hot boxes, always cooking fresh on site, and always with pride in our ingredients.

Today’s couples are more concerned than ever with serving their guests unique, memorable, and eco-responsible food at their weddings, and these are our ideal clients.
How do you work with couples to bring their wedding food dreams to life?
We take a holistic approach to food service based upon the paradigm that you “…eat with your eyes first.” Thus, food should be bursting with color, at the peak of its seasonality, and artfully displayed. The sustainable catering division of JPC Event Group is also passionate about FRESH food. From the farm to your fête, quality local and seasonal ingredients are customized into imaginative menus, unique to each and every event and client that we serve. If you can dream it, our chefs can create it.
