We’re the girls in green! Joyful Events by Jade is more than an event planning company. We are your hands-on wedding day coordinators, your event design specialists, your BFFs when you need to vent, and your expert opinions to help you make those final decisions. Our down-to-earth planning style makes planning relaxed and fun – just like we believe it should be.
What makes your work unique?
We encourage our couples to focus on themselves, their love, and their own wants and needs to make their dream wedding come to life. We believe your wedding should be about YOU. We’re always going to tell you to follow your gut and do what makes you the happiest. After all, this is one of the biggest, most amazing days of your life.
How does our team stay so calm, cool, and collected on your wedding day? Jade began her career in large-scale radio events, including The Regatta, Kenny Chesney pre-party, and more. High-pressure events and last minute changes are no match for her. This unique planning experience sets Joyful Events by Jade apart from other planners. Our team is hand-selected and trained by Jade herself to match this calm planning style she so highly believes in. The party bus driver is an hour late and the groomsmen won’t make it to the venue on time? Don’t sweat it. Our team will jump into action and pick up the groomsmen ourselves! And act like that was the plan the entire time 😉
Our ability to also offer you custom, hand-crafted creations and stationery, as well as small event rentals, also sets us apart from other local planners.
What is your ideal client like?
The semi-type A personality who loves being organized themselves, but fully trusts us to do our job and trusts our opinions. Our couples become our friends, match our vibe, and don’t tend to sweat the small stuff. Our ideal client would be down to meet us for happy hour as a planning meeting versus a video call. We like to have fun, and so do our couples.
How do you work with couples to bring their wedding dreams to life?
We’ll offer our advice along the way, but don’t get offended if you choose to take your own instead. We help you fill in any planning gaps we find. “Oh that’s a great point. I didn’t think of that!” is a common phrase we hear from our couples. Timeline building, venue diagrams, vendor coordination, and more – we got you covered. We’ll even build your dream wedding theme from the ground up with our design expertise.
