Hello Productions is a wedding and event planning company headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA. We have been in business for over a decade! We have a strong team of event coordinators who will go above and beyond to exceed clients’ expectations. From full planning to month-of coordination, we can work with a client’s budget to provide the services they need. We understand everyone is different when it comes to the vision they have for their wedding day.
We are proud of all of the weddings and events we have had the privilege of being a part of. The bonds we form with our clients often live on past the wedding day. We also hold close the relationships we have formed with other professionals in the event industry in Pittsburgh. It is a great group that we are grateful to be associated with.
What makes your work unique?
We have received many excellent reviews from happy clients over the past ten years. This is due to the way our coordinators are able to communicate with clients, making them feel comfortable working through the intimate details of their wedding. We want our couples to enjoy planning their wedding, and so we keep things low-stress and complete tasks as seamlessly as possible. We also want to be sure each couple’s uniqueness is incorporated into the plans so their love story is part of the celebration.
What is your ideal client like?
Our clients are different when it comes to their wedding vision and how much they want to be involved in the planning process, but they are similar in that they all want to enjoy the day instead of stress over details. They understand the true meaning behind a wedding and want to focus on coming into this new chapter of their lives with their partner. We are there to make all of the details come to life, and most of our clients find the process ends up being fun. We always love to work with the different styles and ideas each couple has, and we have to admit, all of our couples really do have good taste!
How do you work with couples to bring their wedding dreams to life?
We start by outlining exactly what they are envisioning. Our coordinators then take those details and create a design/vision board from which they work to plan the wedding. We recommend and hire vendors based on a couple’s personality and what is most important to them. As the pieces begin to come together, we add on finishing touches that will highlight the couple’s love story even further. Finally, we prepare the team of vendors and our own team of coordinators for the big day – and that’s when the magic happens!
