At Heirloom Floral, I offer sustainable, realistic faux floral rentals as an alternative to traditional wedding flowers. I source high-quality florals from all over to create unique, custom designs based on your favorite inspo pics. Along with renting your florals, you also have the option to purchase your most special pieces – like your bouquet! – if you want to keep certain arrangements forever as heirlooms.

In addition to custom floral design, I have several pre-made collections in all colors and styles – whether you’re a classic couple, a boho bride, or anything in between! I specialize in small weddings and elopements, so my rental collections are specifically designed to include all the essential florals you need for a micro-wedding: a ceremony arch decorated in florals, personal florals, candles, and table arrangements. Additional pieces can be added a la carte.

I believe all couples deserve beautiful flowers on their wedding day, whether they’re heading down to the courthouse to elope, having a micro-wedding, or even need a couple pieces to pack for a destination wedding. Spoiler alert – you don’t need to spend several thousand dollars to have beautiful flowers that will make an impact and elevate your day. I work with couples of all budgets, from my custom two-piece Elopement Pack to full-scale weddings. What makes your work unique?

Being a faux florist, I can source florals of all types and colors at any time of year. There are no seasonal limitations. Do you love hydrangeas but your wedding is just a bit too early for them? I got you. Looking for black, velvety soft roses? Got those, too. The only limitations are your imagination and mine. My faux florals hold up beautifully in the heat of Pittsburgh summers and the snow of our chilly winters. No wilting to worry about, no water required…and no stress! All my packages include delivery, set up, and removal at the end of the night.

Heirloom Floral is also unique in that you get to keep your bouquet and other special pieces you’d like from your wedding as beautiful mementos from your day. If you’re looking for that special something to keep on display in your home, pick a piece or two and keep them as heirlooms! If you’re a former bride who didn’t preserve their bouquet, or someone looking for a special gift for your significant other, I offer bouquet replication to re-create your original bridal bouquet so you can keep it forever.

What is your ideal client like?

My ideal client loves intimate weddings with exceptional attention to detail. They’re planning a micro-wedding, local elopement, or destination elopement, and are looking for dreamy florals to take their wedding over the top. They value quality over quantity, and plan to have their most important family and friends at their side on their special day – and probably their pets! Their wedding details have a big emphasis on personal touches and special moments. My ideal clients are craving a high-quality, luxe look, but know that can be achieved without spending their life savings. My ideal clients have a vision in mind, and are excited to share their inspo pics. They’re happy to outsource their floral designs to someone who will bring creativity and an eye for detail to their arrangements.

How do you work with couples to bring their wedding dreams to life?

I ask all my couples for inspo pics very early on so I know exactly what they’re looking for. I can match closely to any inspo pic, since I am not limited by seasonal florals or color constraints. In my inquiry form, you will select all of the items you’re looking for and include some pictures so I can understand the vibe you want. From there, I will send you a proposal via email, and we can hop on a call to chat through the details if you have any questions. During the design process, I’ll be sending you a sneak peek or two as I buy your materials – to get you excited, of course, but also because I believe there should be no surprises the day of your wedding.
