Harris Event Group is a full-service DJ and event production company based in Pittsburgh, led by owner and creative director TJ Harris. With 25+ years behind the decks, TJ is an award-winning open-format DJ fluent across virtually every American genre and multicultural tradition – from South Asian and Jewish celebrations to Latin and Arabic events – bringing the same precision to a wedding as to a festival stage. From the very first song, we’re getting people up while the energy is fresh, before anyone’s had time to settle into their seat. A dance floor that starts strong, stays strong; one that starts empty fights uphill all night.

From there, it’s all reading the room. We know the difference between the crowd that needs one familiar hit to break the ice and the one just waiting for permission to let loose. We build in waves, watching who’s ready, what’s landing, when to drop the song that pulls everyone up at once.
