Gray Phoenix is a full spectrum production company. We provide lighting, fabric/drape, and audio-visual services. We have been serving the Pittsburgh wedding market for over 18 years. Our client list, which includes event planners, venues, hotels, and hundreds of couples, has been built on a reputation of old-fashioned friendly, professional service.

Since the majority of our work is customized to meet our client’s specific needs, our strength is in offering a creative edge in design. Gray Phoenix has a remarkable inventory of lighting equipment and one of the largest fabric/drape selections in the region. This gives us the ability of offer our couples creative options that may not be available from other vendors.
What is your ideal client like?
The ideal client is someone who is looking to build a short-term relationship with us as their lighting and/or drape contractor. It is always nice to work with people who have solid ideas but who are also open to unique or creative ways to enhance them.
How do you work with couples to bring their wedding lighting or draping dreams to life?
We like to meet with couples if possible, but can work over the phone, if necessary. Once their ideas have been reviewed, Gray Phoenix can offer a variety of lighting/drape and possible other options to make their dreams a reality. Also very important, but seldom considered – our people will help couples maximize the venue logistics in overall design. That is, using the room for it’s most creative potential with lighting and/or fabric; then pulling it all together to be combined with the other reception decor.
