Gray Phoenix is a full-spectrum production company. We provide lighting, drape/fabric, vintage furniture, and audio-visual services. Gray Phoenix has been serving the Pittsburgh wedding market for over 18 years. Our client list includes event planners, venues, hotels, and hundreds of couples. We have built a solid reputation based on old-fashioned professional service and reasonable pricing.
What makes your work unique?
To be unique, is simply to meet or exceed our clients’ expectations when our work is completed. At Gray Phoenix, this means making the extra effort to match our experience, creativity, and resources with every customer’s special vision. At the end of the day, it is our job to ensure that each wedding reception design is unique to that specific client.
What is your ideal client like?
Actually, all clients are ideal. For us, the goal is to build a short-term relationship as their lighting and/or drape contractor. It is just as rewarding to work with couples who are starting from scratch, as it is to find couples with a solid vision already in place.
How do you work with couples to bring their wedding dreams to life?
Questions…we ask a lot of questions. It has to be right, so the logistics and details do matter. Therefore, we meet with the couples if needed, but can work by email or over the phone. Once the information gathering process is completed, Gray Phoenix will typically offer a variety of lighting/drape options to turn their dreams into reality. Keeping the overall process straight-forward and clear is always a priority.
