Functions Pittsburgh is a boutique wedding and event planning company dedicated to thoughtfully designing events with meaning and function. What does that mean? We’re committed to curating weddings that are as beautiful as they are functional, and to combining an amazing guest experience with Insta-worthy style. We offer an array of service packages ranging from full service planning to day of coordination to create uniquely personal and memorable weddings in the Pittsburgh area and beyond.

What sets Functions Pittsburgh apart is our innovative approach to design and logistics. With nearly a decade of event experience, we’ll devise creative solutions to any logistical dilemmas (need to hang a light fixture from a 50-foot ceiling?) and create one-of-a-kind event features that are personal for couples and unforgettable for guests. In addition to planning and coordination, we offer made-to-order custom backdrops + installations for the most trendsetting photo ops imaginable.
What is your ideal client like?
How about kind? We can vibe with an eclectic mix of styles and enjoy clients from diverse backgrounds but, above all, we want to work with couples who have good hearts. We do not tolerate hateful or discriminatory behavior of any kind.

At Functions Pittsburgh, we look at our clients as friends. Seriously. And friends don’t let friends have crappy weddings. Like a good friend, we’ll listen to your ideas, ask questions until we completely understand your vision, and aren’t afraid to give you our authentic opinion.

We utilize Aisle Planner to keep ourselves and our clients organized and on top of every detail. And, most importantly, we always operate with our couple friends’ best interest at heart and will work tirelessly to ensure that their wedding is dreamy and fun AF.
