Hi ya’ll! My name is Dina and I’m the owner of Dina Paola Designs. It’s so wonderful to have you here!

To tell you a bit about myself, I’m a sassy New Orleans native who moved to Pittsburgh in the summer of 2012. Inspired by my mother, a calligrapher, fellow artist and designer, and by my flavorful New Orleanian upbringing, I decided to follow my entrepreneurial spirit and open a studio of my very own so that I might share my whimsical artwork with others.

A few resume details…I’m a graduate of Tulane University where I received a Bachelors in Communications and a Post-Baccalaureate in Digital Design – Graphic Design & Animation.

Dina Paola Designs is a boutique paperie I started in 2012 in Pittsburgh. We specialize in the design and creation of personalized fine paper goods, party supplies, and digital designs that are uniquely tailored to each individual order.

What makes your work unique?

We LOVE collaborating to create custom designs that capture the unique style of our customers and clients. Depending on the vision, we utilize a mix of graphic design techniques, hand-lettering and illustration, and painting to craft invitations, stationery, signage, decor and any other desired need or detail.

What is your ideal client like?

Our ideal clients are those looking to work alongside us to create something unique and special. Clients who are open to trusting the process and allowing us to get to know them so that we can work together to successfully capture and create what they have imagined in their mind’s eye as to what they would love to see be created for their special event or wedding.

How do you work with couples to bring their wedding dreams to life?

Our process for helping bring our clients’ design dreams to life is to first discuss with them their vision. Once we have an idea of what is desired, we get to work to create three mock up ideas we believe will be well suited to what our clients are looking to have created. Once a mock up has been selected, we then work with our clients to flesh out the selected mock up idea until it meets exactly what our clients are looking for from a design perspective!
