Devoted To You is queer-owned and made up of a team of expert event planners that have over 13 years of experience. They believe that your day should be about you and should reflect your unique bond and personality as a couple. Creative, passionate, and innovative, they are ready to provide you and your guests with a personalized celebration experience full of authenticity and joy.

Led by founder and lead planner Melissa Crawford, this talented team of planners brings a wealth of experience and an attentive eye to every wedding they plan and coordinate. They offer an invaluable selection of services to choose from according to your specific needs, including event design, vendor referrals, budget and timeline management, and many more.

Our world can be filled with so much hate and discrimination and the wedding industry as a whole has a tendency to be very exclusive, unoriginal, and inauthentic. We have no time or energy for any of this and we hold kindness, diversity, and inclusivity at the very heart of our core values. We believe in planning a wedding that supports these values by working with black owned, women owned, and LGBTQIA+ owned businesses as much as possible.

What makes your work unique?

We pride ourselves on cultivating wedding experiences that are unique to each couple. In a world filled with so many “have tos” and “supposed tos”, we strive to focus on what you WANT to do. We famously hate the wedding industry complex and believe it is important to make space for all couples.

We love thinking outside the box to create a wedding experience that is a thoughtful and unique expression of each individual couple. We place high value on experience-based, creative, and intentional design.

How do you work with couples to bring their wedding dreams to life?

We work closely with couples through a collaborative and personalized approach that starts with an in-depth consultation to understand their vision, values, and unique story. Together, we explore ideas, preferences, and inspirations while ensuring that every detail reflects their true identity and adheres within their budget. Throughout the planning process, each couple has a custom portal that houses all of their planning resources and shared work.
