What if you could have your (wedding) cake…and eat it too? Welcome to Day of Pittsburgh! We are the only wedding planning boutique in the ‘Burgh exclusively for “day of” wedding coordination.
Our services fill the gap between hiring a full scale wedding planner and winging it on your own. We are here for couples who have a venue and date locked in, and want the peace of mind to eat, drink, and be married on their wedding day.
What makes your work unique?
Day of Pittsburgh is proactive, not pushy. We’re kind, but in a real way. We’re encouraging you to get married with personality, and are your “gut check” when it comes to big decisions like:

- Bustling 101

- Directing your ceremony rehearsal
But we’re also here to chime in on the smaller things:

Long story short: We’ll take your ideas from the page to the stage, without making you feel like you’re breaking some kind of imaginary wedding law.
What is your ideal client like?
Our ideal client wants to sip a mimosa in the morning instead of texting the limo driver their address (…again). They want their mom to help them into their dream gown, not set up place cards. They want to dance with their grandparents to Frank Sinatra, not remind the caterer to save the top of their wedding cake. They want the freedom to be the guest of honor, and to be fully present in the day they created!
How do you work with couples to bring their wedding dreams to life?
You have full control of your budget, choosing a venue, hiring all the vendors you love (we’ll totally name drop our favorites if you need), and adding your personal touches to the decoration and vibe of the day.
While “day of” is in the title, we get to work way before your actual wedding day, typically 6 – 12 months out. We’ll meet up to build your wedding day timeline, create and tackle the to-do list, and keep your vendors up to date. We listen. We take too many notes. We offer advice, but never pressure, and we email. A lot! On your wedding day, it’s use behind the curtain, and you in the spotlight!
