Tell us a little bit about your venue.
Atithi Studios is a bright, lively art gallery and event space located in the heart of Sharpsburg. As a boutique art gallery and multidisciplinary arts space, we’ve spent years building a home for local creatives across ceramics, photography, painting, and more, and we bring that same creative energy into hosting weddings and celebrations. We offer a flexible “grab-and-go” rental experience, giving clients exclusive use of our first-floor gallery space to design an event that reflects their own vision, style, and budget.
Rental prices are as follows:
- Weekdays: $150 per hour (2-hour minimum)
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: $200 per hour (2-hour minimum)
A complimentary 30 minutes is added as bookends to the reservation for set-up and tear-down. A holding deposit is due to reserve your date, and any additional time added is calculated into the rental fee.
What’s included in the rental:
- Tables (20 six-footers + 6 high and low cocktail style)
- Chairs (35 white foldable chairs)
- Soft seating (upholstered couch and chairs)
- Black and white table linens
- Stage with speakers and mic
- Side prep and storage room
- Ice machine
- Mini fridge
- 2 portable coolers
- Six-foot white circle arch for florals, balloons, or other decorations
Outside of the items listed above, add-on staff support, activities, and equipment are available for an additional fee.

Unlike a traditional banquet hall or hotel ballroom, Atithi offers an artful, gallery-inspired backdrop that gives every event a distinct creative energy. Our space works beautifully for ceremonies, receptions, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, and engagement parties, and we’re just as happy hosting an intimate microwedding as we are supporting one piece of someone’s larger celebration. We also offer optional creative add-ons, like guided art activities, for hosts who want to give their guests something memorable and unique to enjoy.
What is your ideal client like?
Our ideal client is someone who wants their celebration to feel personal and creative. We work well with couples and hosts who appreciate a more intimate, artful setting and who like having the freedom to bring in their own vendors, decor, and vision.

Yes.
What is the maximum capacity for a wedding shower?
50 for a fully seated meal
100 for standing or mixed seating and standing
