Tell me a little bit about your business!
Eventioneers is a full service event rental company serving Pittsburgh and surrounding counties. I started this business only seven years ago and am growing at an extremely fast rate. We are constantly purchasing new products and staying up with all the latest trends in the wedding industry. We take pride in the quality of service we give to every customer and the flawless products we deliver. I started this company with a love of the event world and a desire to change the rental industry. We take every order and delivery as if it was our own event or wedding. While weddings are a huge part of our business, we also do a lot of bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, etc.
What makes your work unique? Why should brides and grooms hire you?
Being that I am a woman, my focus on details excels most. I am very picky on what leaves our warehouse and what is delivered to every wedding we set up. All of our products are brand new, and we will continue the up-keep of our products to maintain our image. We listen to our customers, hear their thoughts and dreams for their wedding, and confirm we will deliver only the BEST for them.
How do you maintain your products?
We have spent a lot of time developing Eventioneers' own processes and procedures for the care of our products. We have what is called our triple check system. Each product is inspected three times by our team members prior to loading our trucks for delivery. I will later personally check every item to confirm our product is in flawless condition.
Is there a particular wedding style that is best suited for your products?
Eventioneers works with many themed weddings and events. Our extensive product line is a fit for the modern bride to a rustic, barn style wedding, and everything in between.
How do you work with couples to bring their vision to life?
As part of our rental service, Eventioneers will sit with each bride or groom and discuss their thoughts, vision, and dreams of their perfect day. We offer a complementary measurement of the site and CAD/layout designs, as well as give our expert advice to help with the flow of their wedding. We also work with many of the top event planners in the area, whom we refer to brides needing this assistance.
Do you offer delivery services? What about set-up and tear-down?
Yes, our team delivers, sets up, and will return when needed to pick up everything.
