If you’re looking to make your walk down the aisle one of your most stylish struts yet, take a page of our the books of these Pittsburgh brides. From beautiful beading to head-turning heels, and everything in between, these bridal shoes are inspiration for your feet! We took a look back at the weddings featured on Burgh Brides in 2019 and picked some of our favorite wedding kicks for your viewing pleasure. Now if only we could get a pair of each for our own closets…
Something Blue
What is our favorite way to incorporate this light hue into your wedding day? Your shoes, of course! It’s really easy to find a pair to match your bridal style – be it glam, casual, or chic. BONUS: You can likely find a pair of blue kicks at your favorite nearby or online retailer…no need to seek out specialty wedding shoes (ahem, and pay the extra price tag) unless you really want to! These brides wore well-known and totally affordable brands like ModCloth, Nine West, and Steve Madden! Cute and won’t give us buyer’s remorse? That’s a double win!

Dainty and Delicate
Almost as pretty as the bride herself, these Bella Belle wedding shoes are totally worthy of their own display. With intricate beading, satin trim, and other feminine details, they’re absolutely perfect for any bride-to-be. If you haven’t perused their website yet, get your wallet ready…we guarantee you’ll fall head over heels in love with every single romantic style they offer!

Designer Duds
Why shouldn’t you feel like a supermodel on your wedding day? These brides went for absolute rock star style when they chose some of the most highly sought after luxury designers on the market. Donning a pair of Jimmy Choos on your special day will make you feel like the VIP that you are, and nearly everyone will recognize the red soles of those Louboutins. While they do come with a hefty price tag, sometimes you just have to treat yo’self!

A Pop of Color
We like our wedding shoes like we like the rest of our wedding details…unexpected, personal, and always keeping others guessing! Who says a bride has to wear white? We love it when she matches her shoes to the rest of her day’s color palette. In this case, it was poppy red for a late summer soiree that was bright, fresh, and youthful. Some might try to convince you that wedding shoes don’t matter because no one sees them anyways…we say give yourself an excuse to show them off by choosing something fabulous!

Flat and Fashionable
Whether you just want to be comfortable all day or you want to realllllly be able to get down on that dance floor later, we’re BIG fans of brides who opt to wear flats! You’ll be doing A LOT of walking, standing, and boogey-ing and it’s going to be a LONG day…you SHOULD be comfortable! But choosing comfort doesn’t always mean you have to sacrifice style. These ladies picked sparkly sneaks from the Kate Spade for Keds collection and looked absolutely adorable in them too!

Boho Comfort
When your wedding theme is a music fest, you just have to go with something a little funky, right? Katie chose these wedge sandals with Southwest-inspired beaded ankle straps for her big walk down the aisle, and she looked like the perfect Coachella boho fairy princess in doing so. Not only were they a great match for her celebration’s muse, but we’re sure they kept her dancing well into the night!

Mighty Metallics
How about one last BLING before the RING? Ok, ok, we know that isn’t how the saying goes but we’re partial to a bride who likes hard metal! Hammered metal heels, sparkly straps, or just a shoe in a blingy hue, however you choose to incorporate metallics into your footwear, we’re here for it! A metallic shoe is a fantastic way to feel a little fancy without screaming BRIDAL!
