About the Couple
They met at a dive bar in Pittsburgh in 2016. During their speeches at the reception, their maid of honor and best man loved teasing them about their young love and fun-filled nights in the South Side when they first met, including the moment Aly admitted to Matt’s best man that she loved him.
About the Wedding
This wedding was classic, romantic, and stylish. The color palette included greens, rouge, and pops of dark burgundy. The day had a very English country side/Great British Bake-Off vibe going on. Matt’s perfectly tailored suit had stylish tweed accents and he wore a unique boutonnière. Aly nailed the Kim K. hair inso while making her bridal look all her own with a classic yet unique flowy dress.
Favorite Moment

My favorite moment of the day was their lakeside ceremony. Mid-ceremony it started to lightly rain, prompting the guests to use their wooden umbrellas. The couple laughed and cried as the officiant reminisced about their lives together and what led them to that day. The rain was the perfect juxtaposition to their light-hearted and very real love.
Another meaningful moment (besides their first look) was when Aly teared up opening her gift from Matt. It was a photo that included three arial map photos of their first house, where he proposed, and where they got married.
