Va va voom…this city engagement session is about to break the mold! Jacquelyn and Cody love dressing up, and their wanted their pre-wedding pics with Palermo Photography to be a preview of their black tie wedding. So they made things extra fancy! That meant a daring lace dress with a deep V, black heels, and glam makeup for her and a suit and tie for him. The results are sultry, sophisticated, and a welcome twist on the standard e-shoot. This bride and groom to be look like a Hollywood couple so it’s only fitting their photos are seemingly out of a magazine. So editorial!

We wanted our engagement photos to be a preview for our black tie wedding in September. The venues chosen provide dramatic settings for a more serious and sensual photo shoot. My dress was daring yet glamorous, and Cody’s suit was classic and sophisticated. The shoot really brought out the our diverse personalities and style.
Maria was absolutely amazing to shoot with! Although some of the poses were instructed, she let us truly be ourselves and you can see that in our photos. Cody made sure to make me laugh during a few of the more serious shots, which resulted in plenty of fun candid moments. We both love dressing up, and genuinely had a blast in each other’s company.
