Light, airy, and sweetly serene, today’s wedding at Southpointe Golf Club is like a breath of fresh air. After their ocean-front engagement, college sweethearts Suzanna and Dylan wanted a celebration that was equally as romantic. They chose a neutral color palette of white and cream accented with metallic gold, while elegant pops of sage green made an appearance in the Azazie bridesmaids dress, napkins, and stationery from Nota Bene. The Blue Daisy Floral Designs added richness with lots of fresh greenery like eucalyptus and lamb’s ear while also matching the color scheme with arrangements of white ranunculus and roses. After sipping on French 75 cocktails containing a lemonade-flavored treat from Pittsburgh’s own Stickler’s, guests were treated to a work of art in the form of a hand-painted wedding cake with life-like sugar flowers crafted by Alex Robba Cake. Every single last gorgeous detail was overseen by Hello Productions and captured by Abbie Tyler Photography. This one is about as pretty as they come!

About the Couple
We met at Duquesne University during our junior year in September 2015 and we clicked right away. Dylan proposed to me on August 4, 2020 in our favorite vacation spot – Montauk, NY. He did it at sunset right by the ocean with all of my friends and family nearby so they could celebrate with us afterwards. It was perfect!

About the Wedding
I wanted a romantic and elegant style for our wedding. Our colors were white, cream, gold, and green. We added in touches of sage green with the bridesmaid dresses, napkins, and table numbers. I think one of the more unique things about our wedding was the lemonade-flavored popsicles we put into our signature drink, a French 75. It was the perfect way for our guests to cool down during cocktail hour since our wedding was in the summer.

Favorite Moment
The whole day was absolutely perfect and I could not have asked for anything better! The best part of the day was being able to marry my best friend and celebrate it with all of our family and friends.
