With pale blue and sweet yellow hues, soft yet striking blooms, and a blend of rustic and contemporary elements, this modern French wedding inspired editorial is your permission to daydream of a laid-back European getaway. The epitome of elegance and romance, the blank canvas of The Grayson House set the scene, allowing Pittsburgh wedding planner Novalee Events Co. and this team of vendors to let their creative hearts run wild. May Chester Design put together the most eye-catching floral designs – be they placed as centerpieces or cascading down a vintage gold mirror – that really brought an abundance of color. Alex Robba Cake embossed honeycomb elements with textured ombre blues into the cake design, which was displayed in view of the carefully curated tablescape combining antique yet upscale elements for a refined look that certainly charms! Bridal Beginning and Henne Jewelers combined their pieces with a Muse by Berta wedding gown consisting of a subtly sexy translucent bodice and striking accessories that made for a look that’s très chic! While we could go on and on about all the pretty details this shoot entails, we’ll let these pretty photos by Hannah Hicks Photography do the talking!
About the Session
As you peruse the images of our modern French country inspired editorial consisting of sun-kissed yellows and subtle blues, be inspired by the beauty of the contrasting elements coming together.
In addition to the broader characteristics, many discerning elements were thoughtfully chosen to further enhance this vision. For example, the delicate ombre frills and the striking yet subdued honeycomb impressions were effortlessly joined with other wedding cake elements. The Muse by Berta wedding gown had a fierce-but-feminine alluring quality. Finally, the stately mirror enriched with lush and organic free-flowing florals along with a stationery suite attentively curated with French familiarities were all placed with intentionality.
