Curated by the talented Events by Emily, this fresh and floral-filled Ivory on West wedding inspiration will transport you to a whimsical garden setting. The air was filled with the sweet scent of blossoms, setting the stage at the incredibly picturesque Pittsburgh wedding venue with floral design from Wild Botanical wrapped around the pillars adding to the lush atmosphere. The radiant model stole the show with not one but two captivating looks from Blanc de Blanc Bridal. The first featured a floral veil, adorned with pops of color that complemented the vibrant theme. For her second look, the bride opted for floral imprints and puffy sleeves. In both, she donned a stunning peach lip. As for the groom, he looked dashing in a lilac suit, complete with a large boutonniere elongated along the jacket collar. Tall blue candles towered over the modern flatware, brightly colored linen napkins, and fresh fruit decor that was perfectly placed on the wooden tablescapes. Nearby, a two-tiered masterpiece by Tasty Bakery featuring gold edging was perched on a gorgeous blue velvet linen from Windswept Entertainment & Event Rentals. Additionally, a tower of macarons from Aycho Melange, delicately pressed with florals, added a whimsical touch to the dessert spread. Every detail was thoughtfully curated in this floral wonderland. About the Shoot
Ivory on West’s heavenly white walls and custom windows that radiate natural sunlight made for the perfect space to bring this garden inspired styled shoot to life. We made pretty use of the original pillars with Wild Botanical’s fresh and unique design. Gorgeous garden florals climbed to the top with bursts of peach, lilacs, and pinks.
Our model showcased two looks for the day. We started with a sleek, clean, romantic gown that hugged and flattered her figure perfectly and we paired it with a floral veil with pops of color that complimented the design. An ivory Giselle ball gown from Rebecca Schoneveld adored with floral imprints and puffy sleeves then stole the show for the second part of the day for portraits at Mellon Park. The groom was matched with a lilac slim-fitting suit to complement the florals even further.
Aqua blue velvet linens pulled all of the colors and texture together, giving the sweetheart and dessert tables a vibrant but feminine feel. Tasty Bakery provided a perfectly sleek cake with gold accents. Colorful macarons from Aycho Melange with pressed florals also graced the dessert and guest table, adding to the overall vibe.
For the guest table, we chose peach dinner plates from Anthropologie with napkins featuring a fun and colorful design. The wooden table added even more richness and texture, paired with King Louis chairs that are exclusive to Ivory on West.
