One look at Jasmine and Anthony’s intimate wedding and you’ll be encouraged to keep your celebration small and simple. After an incredibly sweet first look, the two tied the knot at the Allegheny County Courthouse in a self-uniting ceremony officiated by Jasmine’s sister. The ethereal and boho look of Jasmine’s bohemian Sorelle Bridal Salon wedding dress paired so well with the effortless vibe of the day. With a request for “city chic” and “fairytale garden” photos, Jasmine and Anthony chose none other than All Heart Photo to make their vision a reality. They hit up the Highline and Mellon Park for some iconic portraits before ending the day with an intimate 16-person dinner. Their chosen reception venue, Cafe Du Juor, held a special significance. Not only was it the spot that marked their first anniversary dinner and milestone moments, but it’s also where Anthony proposed to Jasmine. The thoughtfulness and quaint moments of this wedding are bound to charm their way into your heart. We know they surely did for us!

About the Couple
Anthony and I met on Tinder in 2018. I’d like to say it was smooth sailing after that initial swipe but I actually ghosted him a month after seeing each other. Looking back now, I know I was just afraid of what I knew was there after such a short amount of time. I remember texting my best friend, knowing I’d made a mistake and thinking he’d ignore me if I reached back out. She told me to go for it and the rest is history!
For our first anniversary, we went to one of Anthony’s favorite restaurants, Cafe du Jour. They have a little courtyard area in the back with a garden straight out of a rom-com. We go back there for milestones and special events. On our third anniversary, we went back and Anthony got on one knee right in the garden.

About the Wedding
We went back and forth on our wedding plans….a lot. I loved the idea of eloping but felt sad about not having family there. For a while, we were planning a 50-person fall wedding at a private residence. I quickly got overwhelmed with planning and we landed on a courthouse wedding and dinner with family at our favorite spot.
The grand staircase at the Allegheny County Courthouse is honestly so beautiful on its own. I loved that it didn’t need a lot of decor and it got a lot of natural light. We did a self-uniting license, so our “officiant” was my sister and we liked the symbolism of the courthouse.
Dinner at Cafe du Jour was perfect. We had 16 people with us and Chef Paul did a multi-course meal that was absolutely incredible.
It really ended up being the perfect day with our closest friends and family. Ultimately, everything happened the way it was meant to be and I married my best friend.

Favorite Moment
When our photographer said, “How do you feel about running through the grass?” I could not get my shoes off fast enough. The photos of us running through the park are my absolute favorite and I will cherish them forever. I’ve never felt like I was in a fairytale/rom-com more than I have in that moment.
Another favorite part would have been our first look. I was so anxious and a ball of nerves in my getting ready photos. The second I saw Anthony in the courtyard, I felt relaxed, calm, and ready to get married!
