We go absolutely gaga for out-of-the-box celebrations and the creative couples who throw them, and today’s industrial chic wedding is GIVING US LIFE. Inspired by their love of hosting happy hours, tailgates, and parties, Jamie and Clint created a one-of-a-kind day that focused on people and having a good time. Throwing the shindig in a brewery was a given and Cinderland’s Warehouse provided the perfect casual “let’s drink” vibe the couple was after. They even exchanged vows right on the first floor, with their friends and family encircling them! After that, it was upstairs to party! Day Of Pittsburgh made sure there wasn’t a shortage of hard-metal accents, dreamy candlelight, and simple greenery arrangements from Bramble and Blossom. Just in case this wedding doesn’t sound perfect enough already, Jamie and Clint made sure a good time was had by all in the form of a LIVE dueling piano show from Howl2Go. (more of this, pleaseandthankyou!). Oh and did we mention the entire wedding was planned in two months?! Guys, this is good. SO GOOD. Take a look at these images from Ryan Zarichnak Photography to see for yourself.
About the Couple
As two people who had rarely fished in their lives, they found themselves learning more than they ever dreamed of knowing about fishing while buying for a big box retailer! After bonding over all things fishing tackle, becoming friends, dating for seven years, adopting two dogs, and buying a house together, Clint (finally) popped the question on November 1, 2019 with a surprise proposal while visiting friends and family in Florida!
About the Wedding
Known for hosting happy hours, holiday parties and tailgates, Jamie and Clint wanted to focus on what mattered most to them: bringing their friends and family together! Having “waited” seven years already, there was no need to wait any longer! Jamie and Clint set out to plan a wedding in just two months! They picked Cinderland’s Warehouse for the food, drinks, and atmosphere! The all-in-one location allowed them to get married on the first floor, where they invited guests to “stand, drink in hand” around the circular pedestal where Clint’s best friend since the 6th grade married them. The quick ceremony led into more drinks (it’s a brewery, after all!) and charcuterie during cocktail hour before guests were invited upstairs for the reception. Since Cinderland’s Warehouse boasts an already beautiful industrial chic decor, simply adding greenery, gold accents, and lots of flickering candles created a dreamy dinner setting. The bride and groom then revealed their special surprise – a live dueling piano show! Howl2Go dueled the night away, taking all the guests’ requests to keep the party on the dance floor well into the night!
Favorite Moment
All of the details, none of the stress! With only two months to plan, Jamie and Clint got to focus on what mattered: getting married and being together with their family and friends! The entire day was filled with smiles and laughter…from the incorporation of their dogs on the cookie bags, to the heartfelt and comical words from the bride’s dad and couple’s wedding party, to the groom showing his “flexibility” on the dance floor…nothing was missing and you would have never known it all came together in just two months!
