The details of this boho yet very modern wedding inspired styled shoot are about to give you something to talk about! Linnea Marie Photography teamed up with a crew of Pittsburgh wedding professionals to conquer her goal of a luxurious yet fun wedding aesthetic. With a bit of boho mixed in with the industrial barn vibes at The Harper Event Venue, the recipe for the vision was complete. Angela Pro Design set the tone of the look with a sleek and romantic invitation suite featuring a floral print and vellum overlay. Indoors, a rustic tablescape containing earthy flowers from Field and Hand and fresh fruit, blended with sleek matte black place settings from Eventioneers. A balloon chandelier above a sweetheart table – an idea of Wanderlust Weddings & Events – really made a statement! A vintage lounge with pieces from Razzberry Vintage Rentals was set up, allowing for great photo-ops, while outdoors, the scenic ceremony space presented many picture perfect moments of its own. Nearby, Clink ’92 served cocktails from their mobile beverage bar. Sprinkled with many styles to form an aesthetic of its own, this editorial really offers a little something for everyone!
About the Shoot
The designers and planning team at Wanderlust Weddings and Events paired up with Linnea Marie Photography to get together an A+ team of fellow wedding vendors to pull off this modern and sleek but fun and retro styled shoot.
Katelyn of floral design company Field and Hand put together gorgeous fresh floral arrangements that consisted of real papaya, cantaloupe, and fig for a pop of color. Katelyn perfected the design with an autumn color palette and even made her own dried oranges to tie around the matte black silverware from Eventioneers and to dress up the classic white and black tablescape! The white heirloom stitch linen napkins from Mosaic softened the overall classic black plates and flatware, also from Eventioneers, perfectly.
The light wood table in The Harper Event Venue paired perfectly with wicker his-and-hers sweetheart table chairs from Razzberry Vintage Rentals. Their chic black and white couch went perfectly with the venue and the overall shoot aesthetic. A large boho orange and ivory rug for the lounge setup matched the color scheme effortlessly.
While Wanderlust envisioned a hanging chandelier of balloons, Get This Party Started Balloons + Events perfected the idea. The balloon garland hanging was the perfect height to make anyone sitting at the table feel like they were in their own fun yet personal space in a large venue like The Harper.
Angela Pro Designs created the most beautiful invitation suite and menu cards for the shoot. The floral background pieces touched with vellum and modern calligraphy in black font really pulled the vibe together.
