One of Pittsburgh best’s features is its waterfront. In not too many places can you walk alongside or float down a river and take in a spectacular view of the city skyline. This engagement session, brought to you by Steven Dray Images, captures this unique side of our city so spectacularly. Whether taken from the dock or on the water, near the Convention Center or on the roof of a parking garage, these photos show all of Pittsburgh’s best sides. Matt & Jessica were plain awesome! They contacted me because they were doing a small destination wedding but wanted their engagement photos to reflect Pittsburgh’s beauty. Matt had a boat docked in the city and we decided it would be stellar to incorporate that into the photo shoot. A little California lifestyle brought to the Three Rivers. They were so easy to photograph. Easy to direct and super easy on the eyes. Let’s be honest, they are a good looking couple. We had a blast hitting some of Pittsburgh’s iconic spots, like the Convention Center fountain, and using bridges as our boating backdrop. I loved this photo shoot because I feel it showed a different side of Pittsburgh. This shoot was also featured in Whirl Magazine.
