Nestled in the mountains of Pennsylvania, Lydia and Nathaniel’s fall wedding at Seven Springs was nothing short of magical. The natural elements of the season, including the bare trees and fallen leaves, provided the perfect backdrop for their outdoor ceremony. Lydia looked absolutely stunning in her whimsical wedding dress from One White Lane Bridal, and, of course, Nathaniel looked equally dapper. As guests moved indoors, they were greeted by the warm and cozy ambiance of the reception space, which was accentuated by beautiful burnt orange and terracotta florals by Linda Brown’s Floral. The suspended hanging floral arrangements were show-stopping, stealing the limelight with their depth and modern flair. Sundance & Co. Photography and Just Hitched Wedding Films were there to document every single detail. The result was a celebration of love and romance that you certainly don’t want to miss!
About the Couple
Lydia and Nathaniel met in 2017 after they found a common interest in baseball. Throughout their time together, they have traveled to seven different national baseball parks with the hopes to visit all of them in their lifetime.
Nathaniel proposed to Lydia on a rainy day in late August 2021. As soon as the rain stopped and the sunshine appeared, he got down on on one knee, saying the line to their favorite song, “Can we make this forever and ever? Amen.”
About the Wedding
Being a floral designer at her mom’s floral shop, Lydia had dreamed of this day her entire life. The theme of the wedding was modern floral with a terracotta and burnt orange color palette. Lydia wanted the flowers to be the star of the show. The most unique thing would be the illusion suspended hanging floral arrangements. These hug over their sweetheart table, the dance floor, as well as a few table centerpieces. The bride had the vision for these centerpieces in her head for years and she was thrilled to be able to pull it off exactly how she intended. Lydia wanted the florals to have a lot of depth and modern flare while still having timeless beauty.
Favorite Moment
Our favorite moment of the day was our first dance. Being able to share that special moment while looking out at all our family and friends is a feeling we will never forget. Being surrounded by the love and support of our family and friends is the greatest gift we could have received that day.
The wedding stationery is truly enchanting with its elegant floral line art and the warm terracotta color scheme. It sets a romantic and inviting tone for the big day.
