We hope you have your shades handy because this wedding at the Carnegie Museum is about to make your peepers POP! A mix of bright colors and bold flowers make this a perfect feature as we approach the end of summer in just a few short weeks. The Carnegie Museum is such an iconic Pittsburgh wedding venue but it is usually decked in neutrals or metallics. Never before have we seen it dressed in such an array of jaw-dropping hues. Blue, purple, magenta, yellow, green, blush, orange…they all make an appearance in tablescapes designed by Pittsburgh wedding florist Hens and Chicks and wedding detail extraordinaire Perfectly Planned by Shari. Not a single shade of the rainbow was left out and we couldn’t be happier about that. Speaking of happy, just wait until you see the look on Hanna and Stephen’s faces during their first look…adorable! For a healthy dose of wedding inspiration that is sure to color your world, don’t miss these images by Leeann Marie Photography.
About the Couple
We met through a mutual friend at a bar in New York.
About the Wedding
We saw the room and wanted to have a very elegant black tie affair. Our color was blue with lots of spring flowers. We also wove together Swedish, Mexican, and Jewish cultures.
