Blueberry Wedding Inspiration

by Burgh Brides January 28, 2021

As sweet as a muffin, this blueberry wedding inspiration is full of flavor. Ivory and cream hues are colliding with moody shades of blue and black for a palette that’s equal parts delectable and simply elegant. Inspired by high-end afternoon tea in the English countryside, the fresh twist on such classic elements is one we adore! Velvet textures and lush blooms bring such delight and visual interest to the design, with a semi-naked wedding cake dressed in the fruit and woodsy accents playing up the rustic side of the aesthetic. Add in some vintage tea cups, crisp bubbly, and a scrumptious dessert display and you have yourself a recipe for a quaint yet sophisticated design. Fresh, hot, and ready to impress, this inspiration is tantalizing and we invite you to take a bite out of it! For more blue wedding ideas, visit our Pinterest board.

The only thing missing is a blueberry inspired cocktail! I’m feeling something with a little Saint Germaine, maybe some gin, and a beautiful blueberry garnish. I love how luxe the velvet dresses you pinned in this hue feel!
