On the hunt for a color palette that is timeless yet modern? Then you’re going to love today’s black & white wedding inspiration. The look is about as classic as it gets; this color combo will never go out of style. “Why?”, you ask. It’s chic, sophisticated, and neutral, meaning that if you like a little more splash of color you can incorporate just about any other shade. My personal favorites? Pantone’s Color of the Year greenery, metallic gold, and berry pink. It can also be molded to fit almost any wedding and venue style – from traditional ballroom to minimalist arm museum even to whimsical shabby chic. If it were up to me though, I’d keep it as sleek as I can with clean lines and lots of grown up glam. Think groomsmen in white tuxedo jackets and black bow ties, a black and white checkered dance floor, and monochromatic flowers. Anemones are literally perfect for this palette, but I also love ranunculus, tulips, peonies, and magnolias. If you’re confident enough to share the spotlight, surprise your guests by dressing your ladies in white or white and black bridesmaids dresses, even adding in a stripe or polka dot pattern for flair. However you style it, you can’t go wrong. That’s the beauty of a black and white wedding!
