Get ready to fall in love with Audra and Matt’s wedding at Omni William Penn Hotel. It’s the epitome of sophistication and glamour. Bathed in a color palette of black, gold, and burgundy, the Urban Room of the iconic Pittsburgh wedding venue became the perfect backdrop for the couple’s art deco inspired celebration. The grand chandelier of the space took center stage with floral arrangements below as the couple said their vows surrounded by a circular formation of chairs creating a picturesque makeshift altar. Audra graced the occasion in a stunning Jenny Packham off-the-shoulder wedding dress adorned with fringe detailing and embellishments, nodding to the era. Post-ceremony, the room was transformed into a lavish reception. The seating cards, displayed on elevated golden holders, guided guests to their designated spots. Burgundy table linens provided a rich canvas for gorgeous centerpieces, candlelight, and gold-rimmed plates from All Occasions Party Rentals. Tasty Bakery crafted a masterpiece in the form of a white wedding cake with floral detailing, mirroring the real flowers used throughout the day. Nearby was the most elegant of cookie tables, adorned with a canopy of flowers and candles. The couple’s sophisticated style inspired Audra and Matt’s wedding day. They chose the Omni William Penn Hotel’s Urban Room to be the setting for their ceremony and reception. The Urban Room was the perfect canvas to create a glamorous art deco-inspired event. We designed the tablescapes to enhance the space’s color profile, which includes black, gold, and burgundy. I am so happy that Audra and Matt trusted the vision I had for the space. We leaned into the charm and romance of the room and committed to enhancing the vibe versus trying to change it. It was spectacular.

Audra and Matt decided to host their ceremony in the round under the magnificent art deco chandelier in the Urban Room. This was a fantastic way to highlight the existing features of the room, create visual interest and great views of the ceremony, and maximize our investment in their florals. The florals from the ceremony would then be repurposed in front of the head table!
